  • Ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp

To prepare Soya Chunk Bhurji, start by boiling 25g of soya chunks in hot salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain, squeeze out the excess water, and lightly chop or pulse them. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Sauté chopped onions, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes along with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, and cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy. Mix in the prepared soya chunks and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. Finish with a sprinkle of garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
