Background

Sai Ram had a medical history of gall bladder removal (2017), kidney stone removal surgery in July 2025, Umbilical hernia with mesh placed and Fatty liver grade 1. These conditions required a cautious dietary approach, focusing on digestion, kidney health, and safe weight management.
