A Chicken and Egg Wrap is a high-protein, balanced meal where grilled or sautéed chicken and scrambled or boiled eggs are combined with fresh vegetables, herbs, and light sauces, and then rolled in a whole wheat or multigrain wrap. It’s a filling, nutritious, and versatile option for breakfast, lunch, or a post-workout meal.

02.INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat chapathi- 1 (made from ~40g wheat flour)
  • Egg - 1 whole (50g)
  • Grilled chicken breast - 70g (boneless)
  • Onion (sliced)  - 10g
  • Bell pepper (optional) -10g



  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper - ¼ tsp
  • Salt -To taste
  • Oil (for cooking) - 1 tsp (5g)

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and optionally garlic/ginger paste.
  • Grill or pan-sear in ½ tsp oil until cooked and lightly charred. Slice thin.
  • Beat 1 egg with salt and pepper.
  • Heat pan with ½ tsp oil, pour egg and spread into a thin layer.
  • Immediately place chapathi over the egg while still wet. Let it cook until egg is set and chapathi is slightly crisp.
  • Flip the egg-side up.
  • Place grilled chicken slices, onions, and bell peppers in the center.
  • Roll tightly and toast lightly on tawa if desired.
