01. ABOUT RECIPES

A Chicken Caesar Wrap is a nutritious wrap where grilled or roasted chicken is combined with lettuce, vegetables, and Caesar dressing, and then rolled in a whole wheat or multigrain wrap. It’s a protein-rich, filling meal, inspired by the classic Caesar salad.

02.INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat flour – 40g
  • Boneless chicken breast (grilled or pan-seared) – 80g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 30g
  • Fresh coriander, lemon juice
  • Cucumber (sliced) – 30g



  • Caesar dressing – 1 tbsp (15g)
  • Crushed black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • ½ tsp (for cooking chicken if needed)
  • Cabbage– 10g

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Knead dough with whole wheat flour and water, roll and cook into a chapathi (no oil or with minimal ghee if preferred).
  • Marinate chicken with salt, crushed black pepper.
  • Grill or pan-sear with a few drops of oil until fully cooked. Slice into strips.
  • Place chicken strips in the centre of the chapathi.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing.
  • Sprinkle more black pepper if desired.
  • Roll and serve immediately.
