02.INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat roti – 60g wheat flour
  • Boneless chicken breast – 80g (skinless)
  • Cabbage – 40g, finely shredded
  • Low-fat yogurt – 30g (for dressing)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp



  • Garlic – 1 small clove, minced
  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 1 tsp (for grilling chicken)
  • Fresh coriander or mint leaves – few (optional, for freshness)

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Knead wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt into soft dough.
  • Roll into a medium-sized roti and cook on a hot tawa until both sides are done. Keep aside.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with lemon juice, minced garlic, pepper, and salt.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes for flavour.
  • Heat Sunflower oil in a non-stick pan or grill pan.
  • Cook marinated chicken on medium heat until golden and cooked through (about 5–6 mins).
  • Slice into thin strips.
  • Mix low-fat yogurt with a pinch of salt, pepper, and chopped coriander/mint.
  • Place the roti on a plate.
  • Layer shredded cabbage, grilled chicken, and drizzle with yogurt dressing.
  • Roll tightly and secure with foil or parchment paper.
