02.INGREDIENTS

  • Multigrain flour (roti) -            40g flour (1 wrap)
  • Boiled sweet corn - 60g
  • Low-fat cheese  -         30g
  • Onion (finely chopped)-          15g
  • Bell peppers (optional)            -15g



  • Black pepper powder- ¼ tsp
  • Mixed herbs/oregano- ½ tsp
  • Salt- To taste
  • Oil/Ghee- ½ tsp (for wrap)

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Knead dough with multigrain flour and water.
  • Roll and cook on tawa with minimal oil.

  • Grill lightly on tawa or pan until cheese melts.
  • Roll and serve warm.
