An Egg Bhurji Wrap is a healthy and protein-rich Indian wrap where scrambled eggs (egg bhurji) are wrapped in a roti, chapathi, or multigrain wrap along with vegetables and chutney. It’s quick to make, filling, and ideal for breakfast or a light meal.

02.INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat flour – 40g
  • Eggs – 2 medium (100g)
  • Onion – 30g
  • Tomato – 20g
  • Green chilli – 1 small
  • Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp



  • Turmeric – 1 pinch
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander, lemon juice

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Knead whole wheat flour with water and salt.
  • Roll into a chapathi and cook both sides on a hot tawa (no oil).
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté till soft.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, tomatoes, and spices.
  • Beat eggs and add to the pan. Scramble on low-medium flame.
  • Cook until fluffy and well combined. Garnish with coriander.
  • Place the bhurji onto the roti.
  • Roll tightly and serve hot.
