  • Whole green gram (Moong dal, soaked) – 45 g
  • Ginger – 1 g
  • Green chilli – 1 g



  • Salt – 1 g
  • Water – as needed for batter
  • Oil – 2 g (for cooking)

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Wash and soak whole green gram for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  • Grind soaked gram with ginger, chilli, and water to a smooth batter.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Heat a dosa tawa, grease lightly with oil.
  • Pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly into a thin circle.
  • Drizzle a few drops of oil around edges.
  • Cook until golden brown on one side, flip if desired.
