  • Ragi flour – 14 g
  • Curd (plain, unsweetened) – 7 g



  • Water – 3–4 ml
  • Oil – 0.7 g
  • Baking powder – A Pinch

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix Ragi flour, mango pulp, and curd in a small bowl. Add a little water if needed to get a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, lightly grease with olive oil.
  • Pour batter into a small pancake shape and cook 1–2 min per side until cooked through.
  • Serve warm — can be paired with fresh fruit or a spoon of yogurt.
