02.INGREDIENTS

  • Raw rice – 30 g
  • Urad dal – 6 g
  • Balloon vine leaves (Mudakathan keerai) – 10 g (fresh, chopped)
  • Fenugreek seeds – 0.5 g



  • Salt – 1 g
  • Water – as needed for batter
  • Oil – 2 g (for cooking)

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Soak rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds for 4–6 hours.
  • Grind into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.

  • Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladle of batter, and spread thin, drizzle oil.
