01. ABOUT RECIPES

A Mutton Keema Roll is a hearty and flavourful wrap where spiced minced mutton (keema) is cooked with onions, peppers, and aromatic spices, then rolled in a whole wheat, multigrain, or paratha wrap. It’s a protein-rich, satisfying meal that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a filling snack.

02.INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat chapathi- 1 (made from 40g flour)
  • Mutton keema (minced) -80g (lean, cooked)
  • Onion (finely chopped)           -10g
  • Tomato (chopped) - 10g
  • Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
  • Green chili (optional) - ¼ tsp, chopped
  • Garam masala- ¼ tsp



  • Red chili powder - ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder- A pinch
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tsp, chopped
  • Salt - To taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp (for garnish)

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Add onion, sauté until translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, sauté until raw smell disappears.
  • Add tomatoes, spices, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
  • Add minced mutton and cook covered until dry and well-spiced (~10–15 min).
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and a dash of lemon juice.
  • Place cooked keema in the center of the whole wheat chapathi.
  • Add optional raw onion rings or lettuce for crunch.
  • Roll tightly and toast lightly on a hot tawa if needed.
