04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix whole wheat flour, oat flour, salt, and spices. Add water to make a smooth batter.
  •  Mix crumbled paneer with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  •  Heat a non-stick pan, grease lightly with oil. Pour a small ladle of batter.
  •  Place paneer in the centre, fold or cover with more batter.
  •  Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
