01. ABOUT RECIPES

A Ragi Wrap is a healthy Indian wrap made using Ragi (finger millet) flour to make the roti or pancake base, filled with vegetables, paneer, or grilled protein. Ragi is naturally gluten-free, rich in calcium, and ideal for a nutritious, fiber-rich meal.

02.INGREDIENTS

  • Ragi (finger millet) flour – 40g
  • Hot water – as needed (for kneading)
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Paneer (low-fat, cubed) – 60g
  • Cabbage (shredded) – 30g
  • Onion – 15g (sliced)



  • Garlic – 1 clove (minced)
  • Green chilli – 1 small (optional)
  • Oil – 1 tsp (for sautéing)
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – few (chopped)

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix Ragi flour and salt. Add hot water gradually and knead into soft dough.
  • Roll gently between sheets or pat by hand into a thin roti.
  • Cook on a hot tawa till both sides are done (no oil needed).
  • Heat 1 tsp oil, sauté garlic and onions until soft.
  • Add cabbage, paneer, and green chilli.
  • Stir-fry for 2–3 mins. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Place Ragi roti on a flat surface.
  • Add sautéed paneer-cabbage mix in the centre.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and roll.
