  • Tofu (soft/firm) – 15 g
  • Chickpea flour (Besan) – 15 g
  • Spinach (finely chopped) – 5 g



  • Pinch of salt & spices (turmeric, pepper, cumin) – optional
  • Water – as needed for batter consistency
  • Baking powder – A Pinch

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a small bowl, mash the tofu until smooth.
  • Add chickpea flour, chopped spinach, and seasonings.
  • Gradually add water to make a thick, pourable batter.

  • Pour batter to make a small pancake (about 35 g).
  • Cook 1–2 min per side until golden and firm.
