04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, rice flour, and salt.
  • Add water gradually and whisk to form a smooth, lump-free batter (pouring consistency).
  • Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease with oil.
  • Pour a ladle of batter; spread it thin in a circular motion.
  • Cook on medium heat until golden brown, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
  • Serve hot with chutney or Sambar.
