01. ABOUT RECIPES

A Prawn Masala Wrap is a protein-rich, flavourful seafood wrap where spiced, and sautéed prawns are combined with fresh vegetables, herbs, and chutney, and then rolled in a whole wheat or multigrain wrap. It’s a light, nutritious, and balanced meal, ideal for those seeking lean protein and a delicious and low-fat option.

02.INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat tortilla- 40g flour (1 wrap)
  • Prawns (cleaned, small) -         70g
  • Onion (finely chopped)           - 15g
  • Tomato (chopped)- 15g
  • Ginger garlic paste- ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ⅛ tsp
  • Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp



  • Coriander powder - ½ tsp
  • Cabbage (shredded) - 30g
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - To taste
  • Lemon juice- ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander Few leaves

04. INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat ½ tsp oil, sauté onions till translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, cook until raw smell disappears.
  • Add tomatoes, spices, salt and cook till oil separates.
  • Add prawns; cook 4–5 mins until just done.
  • Finish with lemon juice and coriander.
  • In a separate pan, lightly sauté shredded cabbage in ½ tsp oil with a pinch of salt.
  • Warm tortilla on a pan.
  • Add prawn masala and cabbage in center.
  • Roll tightly and grill slightly on tawa for crispness.
